Just a little help.

I am a working mother of 2 wonderful daughters, 16 and 9, and I have a supportive husband. I work full time and my husband does mostly side work so that someone is in town to take care of our girls because in this day and age who can afford outside childcare. As of now he has only got about 10 full days of work in sense the end of August. I am making enough to at least keep our home, pay our bills and keep the necessities going but, I am not doing so great with keeping food on the table and househould supplies. We live paycheck to paycheck and do not get me wrong I am truly thankful to have a steady job but the worst feeling as a mom is knowing that when you get home from a long hard day of work that the kids are going to say "Whats for dinner?" and to not be able to answer that question is heartbreaking. My girls know that I work very hard and that times are tough right now but it does not seem fair to them to see me struggle to just keep food and necessary items in stock. I try to keep a smile on my face, and try to be excited when they talk about what they want for Christmas but it is very hard when I know I am barely keeping food in the house. I can not even imagine trying to get Christmas this year. I wish with all of my heart that Santa is real and something good will come along. I will keep saying my prayers each night, live my life right and keep smiling.

 in response to THE STYLIST...   I am not sure where you are from.. But, Have you tried your local Fire department... Around here our fire department has a Angel Tree... And they put a tree up at our local walmart... and Put a number on it.. to make it confidential.. But, They know what kids number is what.. and people in the town buy for it.. Its a really nice thing.. I am a mother of two.. I am having a hard time as well... I wish and hope for you the best..

I am asking for anyone out there to please hear my familys cry for help this time of year, My neice Jennifer Hope Calderon from Austin Texas who is only but 3yrs old an in the hospital now for a month an 1/2 cause she had a bad seizure (grandma seizures) the one of the worse that cause her to go into a coma. she is now out of it an doing sume what well but in the prosses she lost her sight,feel a ability to eat. Jennnifer is eatting threw a feeing tube but is able to alittle now this week.Jennifer was born this was an had her 1st seizure when she was 9months. We are just asking if anyone will be albe to hepl with Christmas gifs for our family this year please get back to us. hand me downs are more than welcome. Jennifer has a 9yrs old sister, a 14yrs bother who love her very much ass well as her cousins who are my kid that have tooken it hard an have been by her bed side ever since this happen. thank you an god bless. contact # 512 552-3821

Hi i am a single mother that is parenting alone. I am a fulltime student at chi institute AND THIS YEAR I LOST MY JOB I AM HAVING A HARD TIME STRUGGLING TRYING TO PAY MY BILLS THIS YEAR I DONT NO HOW TO TELL MY KIDS THAT I REALLY CANT AFFORD TO DO CHRISTMAS THIS YEAR FOR MY KIDS. SO IF I CAN GET A LITTLE HELP TO SEE A SMILE ON THERE FACE THIS CHRISTMAS WOULD BE A BLESSING THANKS IN ADVANCE.
